Today searching a home for rent in India is a big "pain" in front of all those who look forward to settle down in a strange city. When an individual comes from a distant place like Bhopal or Satna to a metro city like Mumbai or Gurgaon for some professional or educational reasons it is not always possible for him/her to own a house instantaneously, at that time the best source of getting a shelter seems to be "renting a house".
Though the term "renting a house" sounds quite easier but those who really want to have a comfortable place to be in on a reasonable price find it as the most difficult and painful activities on this earth. India rentals scenario is going through such phase especially in newly developed cities like Noida, Gurgaon.
When one rents a house he has to move in to a place that is totally designed and manufactured according to the taste of the house owner, at that time if somebody really wants to have something according to his own choice and comfort he has to really pay loads of money for that.
Sometimes in search of a comfortable and cozy place people land up to the property dealers whereby emptying their pockets while giving their commission and getting a house on high rents. Apart from that issues like safety, water availability, electricity supply and surroundings are yet another problems in front of the tenants.
In India there are two type of personal house renting system one is to have a lease agreement with the land lord whereby one has to sign an agreement thereby abiding himself with a contract of renting a property for a certain time period and second is on a mutual understanding with the land lord which gives them a facility of shifting to some other city or some other place as and when required.
In such a kind of situation it is always advisable to search a house through internet, newspaper advertisement, through a small R & D with the help of friends ,colleagues and relatives. At the same time it is better to talk with the landlord directly and understand his specifications about rent ,the conditions on which he is ready to lend the house, and the surroundings of the house to avoid any future troubles.
