When you’re looking for new blinds for your home, style and functionality should be top of your check list. Before you consider buying a new blind you need to think about how it will fit into your current interior design and how you will operate it so you can get the right balance between style and functionality. • When you buy roller blinds you’ll have a choice of bottom finishes for the fabric so depending on your style you may want to choose a more complicated cut out finish or clean lines to create a modern look.
• Vertical blinds are a superb option for combining functionality and style but if you’re worried they may look too contemporary in your home then team them with a pair of curtains or opt for a darker colour or patterned style. Your personal style preferences will dictate what type of colour, fabric and style of blind you choose but just make sure you follow some of the top tips above so you can have both a stylish and practical new window blind.
