Where are all the Real Estate Bargains? Well I don’t know about you but of yet to see some bargains out there. An investor told me years ago not to get too excited or disappointment in missing these bargains as there like catching a train. If you miss one there’s always another around the corner. The last one we placed a bid on and missed was a Bank R.E.O property (Real Estate Owned) in Fairlawn NJ. The property was a two level extended cape with sep living eat in kitchen with 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths listed on the market price was $239.000 but the potential market for this property rehabbed was about $400-450,000. Roughly figure to renovate/restore about $60,000 plus $30,000 realtors and attorney fees. You can easily see why such programs as
